RED STAPLER

The RED STAPLER is smooth from start to finish with notably high clarity and an amber red hue. Anchored with a heavy malt backbone and an even-keeled flavor, our flagship brew is one that can be enjoyed by all beer drinkers from the novice to the snob. It's namesake is derived from the film 'Office Space' in which the character Milton battles with upper management for prime cubicle space and his favored stapler.

STRONGJAW ESB

english pale ale/bitter

abv: 5.8% | ibu: 35

With a deep copper hue and a translucent appearance, our English Pale Ale STRONGJAW is a medium, earthy, and slightly hoppy treat featuring an English malt character. Like the majority of our brews, we attempt to stay as close as possible to traditional guidelines. STRONGJAW falls somewhere within the characterization of the Bitter style, but didn't become popular with our patrons until we removed the word "Bitter" from the name.

HEFEWEIZEN

TRADITIONAL GERMAN STYLE WHEAT BEER

Deriving it's name from our beloved mascot 'The Hoprunner', our take on this traditional and well-loved style offers a slight banana note along with a light but cloudy body. As our #1 seller during our first six months in business, this brew has become a go-to for many of our patrons!

BELLYDRAGGER BROWN

AMERICAN BROWN ALE

Bellydragger is our take on a Classic American Brown Ale rich in malty flavor with a slight hop bite. It has a medium-full body with a chocolate caramel aroma and taste.

Named after a local highway, this beer is moderately hoppy made with Cascade, Amarillo, Chinook, and finished off with Citra hops to give it an overall citrus aroma.
